How to Make Correct Connections with PZA 12: Step-by-Step

1. Prepare all tubes — cut each tube perpendicular to the axis with a sharp tube cutter; an angled cut will not produce a leak-free joint.
2. Check the diameter — each tube must be exactly 12 mm OD, with no ovality or mechanical damage at the end.
3. Insert each tube fully — push into each PZA 12 port until you feel a distinct click; insertion depth is 12 mm.
4. Cap unused ports — if you are not using all four ports, close any unused ports with PC-CAP plugs or equivalent.
5. Check all connections — apply working pressure and apply soapy water to each port: no bubbles should appear.
