What Is the MZB-550H Piston Block

How to Replace the MZB-550H Piston Block: 6-Step Procedure
- Isolate the compressor — disconnect from the mains; confirm receiver pressure is zero via the condensate drain cock.
- Disconnect the flexible air hose — unscrew the 280 mm hose (Ø12.5 mm) from both the block outlet and the receiver.
- Remove the old block from the mounting plate — 4 fixing bolts to the base plate.
