Advantages and Strengths

  1. High ergonomics of the AG series. The body shape is designed with hand anatomy in mind, minimizing strain on the operator’s wrist during long shifts on assembly lines.
  2. Impact-resistant construction. Unlike fragile consumer-grade models, the AG-A-S body is made of reinforced polymer resistant to drops onto concrete floors and exposure to aggressive industrial oils.
  3. Precise flow control. The lever mechanism allows smooth metering of air supply — from a gentle blow on sensitive components to a powerful air burst for removing caked-on dirt.
  4. Compact nozzle (Short Nozzle). The short design provides maximum maneuverability in confined spaces, such as inside electrical control cabinets or complex machine mechanisms.

Applications

  • Metalworking — cleaning machines and workpieces of metal chips and coolant.
  • Woodworking — removing fine dust and sawdust before painting or packaging.
  • Auto service — blowing out channels, radiators, and drying parts after washing.
  • Electronics — safely cleaning boards and system units of static dust buildup.

Expert Opinion

Vitalii Boluchevski, lead engineer at Acvatron SRL (18 years of experience): “Over years of engineering practice, I’ve seen that the reliability of accessories is often underestimated. Choosing XCPC products means working with a brand with a 33-year manufacturing history. Its status as a Chinese ‘National High-Tech Enterprise’ and regular audits by Bureau Veritas and SGS guarantee that even a simple tool like the AG-A-S has passed strict quality control. We recommend the AG series as the standard for production environments where the balance between price and tool lifespan matters.”

FAQ

1. What thread is used for connection? AG series guns are typically fitted with a standard 1/4″ female thread. For connection, we recommend using SF+PP quick-connect couplings or XCPC’s XPC-series collet fittings.

2. Can the AG-A-S be used to spray water? No, this tool is designed exclusively for dry compressed air. Using liquids can cause corrosion of internal components and wash out the factory lubrication.

3. Is a lubricator required upstream of the gun? The gun can run on dry air, but having a small amount of oil mist in the line (via XOL- or XAL-series lubricators) extends the service life of the trigger valve’s seals.

4. How does the short nozzle (S) differ from the standard one? The short nozzle design offers greater maneuverability and comfort when working in confined spaces — for example, inside control cabinets — but provides a shorter air jet reach compared to the extended nozzle.
