Piston Compressor Spare Parts

The Piston Compressor Spare Parts section carries everything needed for the maintenance and repair of piston compressors — from consumables to cylinder-piston group components and electrical parts. Our range covers Remeza AirCast, MZB (China), Italian-block compressors and other brands widely used in Moldova.

What the section includes: all subcategories

Pump Heads (Compressor Blocks)

The pump head is the core working unit. We offer:

  • Aircast series heads (REMEZA) — European manufacture for Remeza СБ4/C LB and LT series.
  • Direct-drive heads — for compressors without belt transmission.
  • Chinese cast-iron heads — universal alternatives for MZB and other Chinese brands.
  • Italian-type heads — compatible with Italian compressors (Fini, Abac, Fiac and equivalents).
  • Oil-free piston heads — for oil-free compressors used in medical and food applications.

Compressor Oil for Piston Compressors

  • Mineral oil — standard SAE 40, change interval 200–300 hours. Eni oil in stock.
  • Synthetic oil — extended change interval, better thermal stability for intensive operation.

Cylinder-Piston Group (CPG) Parts

  • Piston rings — the most common cause of delivery loss and oil carryover.
  • Cylinder liners — for bore wear that rings can no longer compensate.
  • Pistons — at cracks or significant skirt wear.
  • Connecting rods — at deformation or big-end bearing failure.
  • Piston pins — at play in the piston-rod coupling.

Electrical Components

  • Condor pressure switch (Germany) — industry standard. Controls motor on/off by receiver pressure. Fault symptoms: compressor doesn't start or stop, unstable pressure.
  • Sensors — pressure and temperature sensors for automated compressors.
  • Controllers — control boards for electronically managed compressors.

Piston Compressor Maintenance Schedule

Interval What is serviced What is needed
Daily Drain receiver condensate
50 hours (run-in) First oil change Compressor oil SAE 40
50–100 hours Clean / replace air filter Filter element
200–300 hours Oil change Compressor oil
500–1,000 hours Inspect piston rings, valves Piston rings, valve reeds
At symptoms Replace pressure switch Condor pressure switch
Major overhaul Replace CPG or complete head Pistons, rings, liners or assembled block

How to Select the Right Spare Part

For accurate part selection we need the make and model of your compressor (on the nameplate). If the nameplate is missing — selection can be made from the part's dimensional specs or original part number.

Our specialists help find compatible parts for: Remeza AirCast, MZB, Fini, Abac, Fiac, Boge, Kaeser and other piston compressors

Frequently Asked Questions about Piston Compressor Spare Parts

How often should oil be changed?

Standard interval — 200–300 hours. First change in a new compressor — after 50 run-in hours. Dusty or hot conditions — every 150 hours. Use compressor oil SAE 40.

Symptoms of worn piston rings?

Increased oil consumption, reduced delivery, bluish smoke, cylinder knocking. Inspect and replace piston rings.

What does a Condor pressure switch do?

Condor (Germany) automatically starts and stops the motor by receiver pressure. Fault symptoms: compressor won't start or stop, unstable pressure.

Aircast vs Chinese cast-iron heads?

Aircast (REMEZA, Belarus) — European manufacture, high quality, long service life. Chinese cast iron — more affordable, good life under regular maintenance.

Can synthetic oil replace mineral?

Yes, if the manufacturer permits. Never mix oil types. When switching, completely drain and flush the system first.
